Open to all levels, a morning stretch yoga class. Taught by Chrisa Nesbitt Yaeger, surrounded by flowers, fragrange, and the peaceful music of the birds.This class is an invitation to unwind and de-stress in a peaceful setting.

Bring a mat,towel, strap( if you have one) and water

Yoga is $15 Optional addition of $10 for a flower bouquet.
